Fall Excitement

Hey y'all!

Normally, I would be the last person to gush over fall sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes, but this is the first year that I have actually been excited for the leaves to start changing color. Now, granted, in Texas, you can't exactly bundle up in puffer vests and riding boots 24/7 during fall because some days it will go from 50 degrees in the morning to 85 in the afternoon. But despite the weather, I try to still participate in fall activities!

The first two photos in this post are of an adventure to a pumpkin patch. We had a blast picking out pumpkins and of course, didn't miss out on the great photo opportunity. Although our carving skills weren't the greatest, it was definitely a great experience.

Next up, I found a wonderful dupe for the Frye flat riding boots by Carlos Santana! They are almost the exact same boot but for a much nicer looking price tag. They're such a classic staple piece that you really cannot go wrong.

Last but not least, my friend, Megan, and I decided to be your typical 'frat boy' for Halloween last year. But instead of trick-or-treating, we handed out the candy to all of the adorable kiddos that were dressed up.
